In this discussion\, we will look at how we identify ourselves\, and others\, and why using all (and the correct) pronouns helps us cultivate a truly inclusive society.\nStessa Peers is the Director of Education and Youth Engagement at Temple Beth Abraham.  A pioneer in our congregation in bringing awareness and understanding around issues of gender identification and inclusion\, she has been a part of KeshetÕs LGBTQIA+ inclusion initiative\, the URJÕs Culture of Belonging Project.
