FRIDAY, MARCH 11 – 7:30pm – at the Reform Shabbat Service: “Can I Be Jewish, Religious, and Spiritual (And Do I Have To Be)?”

SATURDAY, MARCH 12
3:00pm – Meditation and Chant-based Service. Refreshments to follow.
5:00pm – Introduction to Jewish Mindfulness. We will engage in practice and teaching, utilizing both text and experiential modalities.  Havdalah Service to follow.

SUNDAY, MARCH 13 -9:30am – Workshop:  Staying Connected When Living and Loving Hurt:  Teachings and Reflections on the Spiritual Significance of Suffering and Loss
