Community Chanukah Celebration

For the first time, synagogues and havurot in Hastings, Dobbs Ferry, Tarrytown, and Greenburgh have joined with the Shames JCC to offer an all-community Chanukah party.

Headlining the event is Alicia Svigals, nationally known violinist formerly of the Klezmatics, and there will be do-it-yourself crafts, face-painting, hair-braiding, games, bouncy house, and plenty of food, including latkes, donuts, and pizza.

This is a celebration for the whole family, not just little kids; there’ll also be a special teen activity led by J Teen in the Shames Youth Lounge.
