Taste boutique olive oils and vinegars, learn how to use them to prepare savory and sweet dishes, and enjoy select wines and cheeses. This hands-on cooking and tasting event is presented by experts from The Blue Olive, an artisanal purveyor of fine oils and vinegars in the Hudson Valley.
