Old-Fashioned 9” Pies: Serves 6-10. You will see and taste the difference. We offer a wide variety of quality pies for farm markets, retail bake shops and the food service industry. Our pies are made by hand, from scratch every single day. We use only unsalted butter, flour, water and salt for our crust and we use local fruit in season whenever possible.

Auction Terms & Conditions

By participating in the auction at the Temple Beth Abraham Gala, all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Bidding
All bidders must be registered to participate. By placing a bid—whether silent or live—you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Payment
All sales are final. Payment in full is required at the close of the auction. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, check, or other approved methods. Items will not be released until payment is completed.

3. Item Descriptions
All items are offered “as is.” While every effort has been made to provide accurate descriptions, Temple Beth Abraham makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, value, or authenticity of items or services.

4. Fair Market Value
Certain items may have a stated Fair Market Value (FMV). In accordance with IRS regulations, only the amount paid above the FMV may be considered a charitable contribution.

5. Minimum Bids & Increments
All bids must meet or exceed the stated minimum bid and follow the required bid increments. TBA reserves the right to reject any bid.

6. Winning Bids
The highest bid recognized at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, the event organizers will have final authority to determine the winning bidder.

7. Item Pickup & Delivery
All items must be picked up at the event unless prior arrangements are made. Shipping or delivery, if available, may incur additional costs and is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

8. Use of Items & Restrictions
Some items (e.g., travel, experiences, gift certificates) may be subject to blackout dates, expiration dates, or other restrictions. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review and comply with all conditions associated with each item.

9. Non-Transferable Items
Unless otherwise specified, auction items are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged.

10. Liability
Temple Beth Abraham is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of auction items or services.

11. Default
If a winning bidder fails to pay for an item, Temple Beth Abraham reserves the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-auction the item.

12. Tax Deductibility
Temple Beth Abraham is a nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
