All items are offered “as is.” While every effort has been made to provide accurate descriptions, Temple Beth Abraham makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, value, or authenticity of items or services.
4. Fair Market Value
Certain items may have a stated Fair Market Value (FMV). In accordance with IRS regulations, only the amount paid above the FMV may be considered a charitable contribution.
5. Minimum Bids & Increments
All bids must meet or exceed the stated minimum bid and follow the required bid increments. TBA reserves the right to reject any bid.
6. Winning Bids
The highest bid recognized at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, the event organizers will have final authority to determine the winning bidder.
7. Item Pickup & Delivery
